Yoga, Sound, Breath Work, Cold Water Immersion
Leo is an international wellness facilitator with a diverse skillset encompassing yoga, creative movement, sound therapy, breathwork and cold water immersions.
Movement & Conditioning
Scott is an expert trainer and functional movement specialist with a background in bio-mechanics, sport science and rehabilitation. Formerly the most senior PT at Virgin Active, he now delivers a specialised movement programme to the Chelsea FC Women’s Team, many of whom went on to play in the winning 2022 Euros squad.
Scott takes a truly individualised approach to training – assessing each client’s level of ability, their imbalances, and their history of injury to craft a highly personalised programme which aims to build strength, endurance, and bullet-proof the body against ageing.
Coaching, Mind & Breath Work
Lisa is a Qualified NLP life coach, Energy 4 Life Wellness Coach, Nutritionist, Reiki & EFT practitioner.
She has been involved in the retreat world for over a decade and brings a wealth of wellness knowledge to the team.
Founder
Natalie is the founder of Elevate and personally hosts each retreat.
She is also a qualified NLP practitioner and invites guests to dive deeply into their value systems and challenge their limiting beliefs.
Functional Medicine & Nutrition
On paper, Lara is an HCPC registered dietitian with a BSc degree, the founder of Marula Wellness and an expert in all things female health and hormones. Off paper, she is a deep healer, intuitive force and powerful space holder with immense respect for the wisdom of our bodies.
Yoga, Breath Work & Meditation
Charlotte is an international yoga teacher, teacher trainer, retreat facilitator, breath work and meditation coach. With over 15 years in the wellness industry, Charlotte started her journey as a personal trainer specialising in functional movement before gravitating toward the stabilising energy of yoga.
Her holistic approach to yoga is to help people live an amplified existence by integrating ancient practices into the modern matrix. Millimetre adjustments to create macro shifts in the lives of busy individuals.
Mobility, Strength & Breath Coach
Ryan’s teaching weaves together mobility training, bodyweight strength, and intentional breathing techniques to create a practice that supports openness, balance, and resilience. With a foundation in personal training and the influence of yoga, his method blends both worlds to support greater physical capability and deeper body-mind awareness, shaping a grounding and thoughtfully structured flow practice.
