Who is your typical guest?

There isn’t one! We welcome guests from all different backgrounds either solo or as part of a couple or a group of friends.

Take a look at our retreat page here for an insight into a typical retreat day

Absolutely! Many of our guests come by themselves and make great friends. This is a really supportive and welcoming environment for you to drop into some inner work and take some real time for yourself.

Detailed directions will be included in your welcome email after booking.

Our retreats are fully catered by our experienced on-site chefs. Each chef takes a slightly different approach, but think lots of variety, locally-sourced and seasonal ingredients with a big focus on whole foods. We put a lot of emphasis on protein and aiding the body’s recovery through nutrition, but we can cater to plant-based diets and other dietary restrictions too.

Yes! Just let us know when you book. If you have any severe or life-threatening allergies please be aware that we cannot guarantee that all meals will be 100% free of allergens.

As hard as you want it to be. Our trainers will challenge you, but this isn’t a Barry’s Bootcamp vibe with someone screaming at you to complete your burpies. You can take everything at your own pace and we’ll always give you options and modifications.

Yes, but if you have a history of mental illness and are on medication for depression or other conditions, we recommend that you talk to your doctor to see if our programme would be suitable for you first.

You will need to disclose all medication that you are taking before you join us.  If you are on strong medication you must have a doctor’s note to say that you are able to participate in the Elevate programme and have clear advice from your doctor before you attend.

You’ll be sent a full packing list in your welcome email, but you’ll need to pack for indoor and outdoor movement, excursions, swimming / cold water immersion, journaling, down time and potentially different weather conditions.

We don’t serve alcohol, but you’re welcome to bring your own provided it is consumed responsibly and in moderation.

We don’t prohibit you from going out in the evenings, but we recommend that you don’t – our programme is immersive and we usually schedule evening activities such as sound baths and meditations after dinner to help you down-regulate and prepare for rest.

Yes, there is generally phone reception at our retreat locations and we have Wi-Fi onsite. We can’t promise that the connection will be available at all times or that it can support any particular usage on your devices.

Sadly we cannot allow pets on retreat.

Yes there is.  Our functional medicine and mindfulness practices are all about centering yourself and tapping into your inner wisdom.  We do this via a number of methods, including meditation, breathwork, reiki and life-coaching.

There is always loads to do on-site and around our retreat locations during down time. Explore some local sites, debrief with your new friends, enjoy a treatment, relax outdoors with a book or grab one of our practitioners for some additional one-on-one.

Usually between 10-15. We like to keep the group small and intimate to encourage meaningful connections.

Absolutely, our practitioners all work with pregnancy and new mums.  Just make sure you’re cleared by your doctor to participate in our programme first

If you’re coming on retreat with a friend or partner but you’ve booked separately contact us and we can try and room you together. If you’re coming solo and you’ve chosen a sharing option, you can’t choose who you share with. But we will always pair you with same sex roommates.
