Our flagship Ibiza retreat takes place every Spring and late Summer – join us for 5 days of movement, wellness and culinary magic at our luxury island finca near San Carlos.

All About You
Every single person’s mind and body is different and we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to wellbeing. So unlike most retreats, we have a really varied programme and we incorporate a lot of personalised one-on-one sessions into every experience.
What’s more, we don’t force you onto a special diet or insist that you join every class. Find what works for you and start to build a habit. There’s so much to choose from.

Our retreat schedule is packed full of value, but we know how important down time is too. Enjoy a treatment, explore a wild swimming spot, join one of our local excursions or just relax outside with a book and a cup of cacao.

Our menus are thoughtfully designed in collaboration between our nutritionists and our on-site chefs to maximise macronutrient composition and flavour.

While we have a strong focus on protein and feeding the body’s support systems, we can cater to most dietary requirements and guarantee you’ll never go hungry.
