  • Lara Rickard

    FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE AND NUTRITION

    On paper, Lara is an HCPC registered dietitian with a BSc degree, the founder of Marula Wellness and an expert in all things female health and hormones. Off paper, she is a deep healer, intuitive force and powerful space holder with immense respect for the wisdom of our bodies.

    She lights up like a starry Zimbabwean night sky whenever she gets to support women in tapping into their Body Wisdom so that they can make aligned food & lifestyle changes with meaningful impact - all the while showing cookie-cutter, forced formulas & silver bullet ‘solutions’ the back door.

  • Scott Berry

    MOVEMENT & CONDITIONING

    Scott is an expert trainer and functional movement specialist with a background in bio-mechanics, sport science and rehabilitation. Formerly the most senior PT at Virgin Active, he now delivers a specialised movement programme to the Chelsea FC Women’s Team, many of whom went on to play in the winning 2022 Euros squad.

    Scott takes a truly individualised approach to training - assessing each client’s level of ability, their imbalances, and their history of injury to craft a highly personalised programme which aims to build strength, endurance, and bullet-proof the body against ageing.

  • Lisa Strong

    COACHING, MIND & BREATH

    Lisa is a Qualified NLP life coach, Energy 4 Life Wellness Coach, Nutritionist, Reiki & EFT practitioner.

    She has been involved in the retreat world for over a decade and brings a wealth of wellness knowledge to the team through her practice Strong 4 Life.

  • Millie Jackson

    YOGA

    Millie began her practice of Yoga in 2016 when she realised her “go-to” stress management tools were unhealthy and that her supposed stress relieving exercise habits were often overly rigorous, self-punishing and gruelling.

    Fast-forward to 2023, Millie feels she's found that elusive concept of... balance. She now divides her time between practising as a Solicitor, teaching yoga and delivering therapeutic massage, making her own home-made essential oils, and working on her start-up: "The Balanced Lawyer" which encompasses "all things wellness" for high-calibre professionals.

  • Leo Oppenheim

    YOGA, SOUND, BREATHWORK, COLD WATER IMMERSION

    This list doesn’t even begin to describe breadth of Leo’s skillset. But in a nutshell, he is a wellness facilitator who combines a variety of disciplines to create space for change in the body and mind.

    Expect yoga, creative movement and deep dives into sound, breath and water to provide spaces for deep mental, physical and emotional shifts.

    MOVEMENT & CONDITIONING

    Oakley is a renowned functional fitness trainer with a focus on training the ‘whole self’. She owns Forest Flow Crossfit and competes as an international crossfit athlete at the highest level.

    Oakley believes firmly in the power of resistance training to bulletproof the body and condition the mind, and works with men and women of all ages and abilities to help them unlock their training potential.
